US Traffic Control

<div>Description:

A Lead Guardian is responsible for supervising the daily operations for the Flagger/Guardian crews they are assigned.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Implement crew schedule received from the Field Supervisor.</li><li>
Get ice, water and gas for crews daily.</li><li>
Ensure Flaggers/Guardians have all PPE on, compliant work zones, and are meeting/exceeding customer needs.</li><li>
Training and coaching Flaggers/Guardians.</li><li>
Work closely with the Field Supervisor to report any concerns and ensure that they get corrected in a timely manner.</li><li>
Assist the Field Supervisor in gathering all work vehicle keys at the end of the shift.</li><li>
Keep up with gas and credit card receipts and submit them to the Field Supervisor in a timely manner.</li><li>
Other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience of interstate traffic control experience</li><li>
Pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.</li><li>
Have a valid driver's license, good driving record and qualify as a company driver.</li><li>
Be a minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li>
Have reliable transportation to and from work.</li><li>
Be willing to travel. Paid housing &amp; per diem on special cases.</li><li>
Be willing to work 8 &ndash; 10-hour shifts, weekends if necessary.</li><li>
Have reliable communication to receive work schedule.</li><li>
Provide your own steel-toe or composite work shoes to be worn during your work shift.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain.</li><li>
Be able to stand throughout your entire shift, hand and arm movement is required.</li><li>
Be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.</li></ul>

Lead Guardian

<div>Description:

Job Summary:
A Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the location they are assigned.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Daily scheduling and delegating of assignments to Supervisors and Road Crews.</li><li>
Daily PPE compliance and complaint checks on work zones.</li><li>
Work closely with customers to ensure needs are fulfilled and the location meets/exceeds US Traffic Standards.</li><li>
Keep track of employee hours in assigned location to ensure work receipts are accurate.</li><li>
Billing for everyone working at the assigned location.</li><li>
Complete an accurate daily crew list, weekly observation reports, work receipts, gas and credit card receipts and submit them to the Regional Supervisor for approval in a timely manner.</li><li>
Gather company vehicle keys at the end of every shift and ensure no employee uses the company vehicle after work ends.</li><li>
Report equipment needs to Regional Manager and vehicle maintenance to Procurement and ensuring completion.</li><li>
Recommend new Supervisors and train crew members to be ready for the next step.</li><li>
Issue corrective actions and accurately report issues to the Regional Supervisor.</li><li>
Other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

You MUST -<ul><li>
Pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and Fit For Duty physical exam.</li><li>
Have a valid driver's license and provide a driving record.</li><li>
Be a minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li>
Be willing to travel. Housing provided when traveling.</li><li>
Be willing to work overtime. Extended shifts are common with 5-6 day work weeks.</li><li>
Have reliable communication to receive work schedule.</li><li>
Provide your own steel-toe or composite work shoes to be worn during your work shift.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
A professional certification in the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA).</li><li>
A minimum of 2 years of interstate traffic control experience</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Physical strength and stamina.</li><li>
Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain.</li><li>
Be able to stand throughout your entire shift, hand and arm movement is required.</li><li>
Manual dexterity to operate two-way radios and enter information into tablet PC.</li><li>
Be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.</li></ul>
