Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who has strong working knowledge of Tally ERP. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, updating accounting information, and supporting daily office operations.Key Responsibilities: Data Entry &amp; Accounting Support:<ul><li>Enter and update financial and accounting data in Tally ERP.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, etc.</li><li>Prepare and update daily data reports, ledgers, and vouchers.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation and update cash/bank books (if required).</li><li>Check data for accuracy and correct any inconsistencies.</li><li>Upload and maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents.</li></ul>Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Organize and maintain physical and digital files.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts team for daily and monthly entries.</li><li>Respond to basic queries related to data, bills, and documentation.</li><li>Support management in preparing MIS reports when required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Mandatory experience in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).</li><li>Good knowledge of basic accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt).</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
