Quality Control Lead (Manufacturing Floor)Pay: Starting at $19/hour Location: Salt Lake City, UT Company: USA Premium Leather FurnitureAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Lead to inspect every piece coming off our production line and make sure it meets our standards before it ships.This is a floor role, not a desk job. You will be on your feet, working directly with the production team, catching issues in real time, and making sure problems get fixed.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Inspect finished furniture for defects (leather, stitching, frame, overall build)</li><li>Catch issues before products leave the building</li><li>Communicate problems clearly to the production team</li><li>Hold team members accountable to quality standards</li><li>Work through issues on the spot &mdash; even when conversations are tough</li><li>Help reduce repeat mistakes and improve overall quality</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Extremely detail-oriented &mdash; you notice things others miss</li><li>Comfortable speaking up and addressing issues directly</li><li>Able to handle confrontation professionally and move things forward</li><li>Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus (not required)</li><li>Experience in furniture or upholstery is a bonus, but not necessary</li></ul>What This Job Is (and Isn&rsquo;t)✅ Hands-on, on the production floor ✅ Fast-paced, team-oriented environment ✅ You are the last line of defense before product ships❌ Not a sit-at-a-desk role ❌ Not a passive position &mdash; you must be willing to speak upPhysical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs as needed</li></ul>Growth OpportunityIf you perform well in this role, there is clear opportunity to grow into leadership positions in operations, production, or quality management as we continue to scale.Pay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This is a hands-on role on the production floor (standing, moving, inspecting all day).
