Global Investment Strategy<ul><li>Develop and implement diversified investment strategies across international markets including South Asia, Europe, and the United States.</li><li>Allocate assets across equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, private investments, and alternative instruments based on risk appetite and return objectives.</li><li>Continuously evaluate macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical developments, and global financial trends.</li></ul>Portfolio Management &amp; Performance<ul><li>Actively manage assigned portfolios to maximize returns while controlling risk exposure.</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and investment objectives.</li><li>Rebalance portfolios periodically to maintain target asset allocation.</li><li>Prepare performance reports and investment commentary for senior management and stakeholders.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Conduct in-depth research on global markets, sectors, and individual securities.</li><li>Analyze financial statements, valuation models, and economic data for investment decision-making.</li><li>Track currency movements and assess foreign exchange risks associated with global investments.</li></ul>Risk Management &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate market, credit, liquidity, and currency risks.</li><li>Ensure all investment activities comply with internal policies and international regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain awareness of country-specific regulations, tax implications, and capital controls.</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with custodians, brokers, fund managers, and international financial institutions.</li><li>Work closely with legal, compliance, tax, and finance teams to ensure proper structuring of investments.</li><li>Provide clear investment insights and recommendations to leadership and investors.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Governance<ul><li>Prepare detailed investment reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all investment decisions and transactions.</li><li>Support audits and regulatory reviews related to global investment activities.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Portfolio Manager – Global Investments

<ul><li>Create hand-drawn and CAD sketches/diagrams for designs and concepts. -</li><li>Assist in feasibility studies, material selection, and cost estimates. -</li><li>Prepare, review, and evaluate project designs, drawings, and technical specifications.</li><li>Supervise site operations and ensure work is completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and technical investigations for proposed projects.</li><li>Estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs for construction projects.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project requirements and quality benchmarks.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, including project records, permits, and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, contractors, and team members.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
