This role will be responsible for creating a business plan and executing on initiatives to include: coaching/development, client retention, recruiting, and driving continuous profitable revenue.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Coach and develop newly hired and seasoned producers/brokers, help close business</div></li><li><div>
Drive revenue and organic growth through client retention and new business development</div></li><li><div>
Partner with a dedicated local, in-house recruiting team to source, recruit, hire, and train producers/brokers to meet annual hiring targets</div></li><li><div>
Partner with the operations team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and retention</div></li><li><div>
Execute and lead our core processes and playbook to close new business</div></li><li><div>
Lead strategy sessions with resource teams and producers to prepare for prospect and client meetings</div></li><li><div>
Attend prospect and client meetings with producers and resource teams</div></li><li><div>
Lead and execute effective sales sessions on a weekly basis for both new and established producers.</div></li><li><div>
Create positive synergy within the local office practice to encourage two-way cross-selling with the EB team</div></li><li><div>
Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies along with communications to optimize USI&rsquo;s position in the marketplace.</div></li><li><div>
Positively and proactively represent USI in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events following USI National Strategy and graphic standards.</div></li><li><div>

5 -10 + years of commercial insurance brokerage experience</div></li><li><div>

Track record of successful individual P&amp;C broker experience</div></li><li><div>
Deep knowledge and expertise in Property and Casualty</div></li><li><div>
Proven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue targets</div></li><li><div>
Consultative, positive and resourceful approach to interacting with prospects, clients and associates</div></li><li><div>

P&C Practice Leader - Austin, TX

<div><div><div><div><p><b>General Description: </b>Manage 30 to 50 middle-market Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the day-to-day client contact. Activities include new and renewal marketing, fielding questions and requests and coverage review. Assist Sales Executives and Account Executives.<br>

<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
</li><li>Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and other members of the Account Management team.
</li><li>Responsible for marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines insurance renewals.
<ul><li>With assistance from Account Representatives, prepare client applications for review.</li><li>
Determine most-appropriate carriers for market pricing.</li><li>
Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings.
</li><li>Make insurance program recommendations to clients.</li></ul></li><li>
Manage client renewal expirations and avoid any lapse in coverage.</li><li>
Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.</li><li>
Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed.</li><li>
Champion client cross-selling initiatives and develop customer accounts.</li><li>
Represent client interests in internal USI account strategy meetings.</li><li>
Delegate administrative client tasks to assigned Account Representatives.

Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems.</li>

<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>
2-5 years experience in a Commercial Lines agency. College degree preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Property &amp; Casualty insurance.
</li><li>Must hold or be willing to earn Property &amp; Casualty insurance license.</li><li>
Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred</li><li>
Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.</li><li>
Knowledge of Sagitta / ImageRight preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.</li><li>

CL Account Manager

<div><div><div><div><div><b>General Description:</b> Manages Employee Benefits insurance accounts and services as their day-to-day contact.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Major Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Manage a book of business comprised of fully insured clients but may include some self-insured clients.</li><li>
Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned clients. Act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers.</li><li>
As needed, preparation of materials needed for client meetings. Educate, advise and aid clients on all Compliance topics. Including, but not limited to ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s and Health Care Reform.</li><li>
Set up new group insurance contracts for existing clients or new clients.</li><li>
Manage the renewal process including the preparation of appropriate contractual changes.</li><li>
Implement and manage programs recommended by technical resources (e.g. wellness, communications, strategies, pharmacy)</li><li>
May be responsible for the marketing and placement of new benefit products.</li><li><ul><li>
