About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Marketing Admin to support our vendor marketing operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and confident in communicating with brand partners. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams, maintaining accurate workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and vendor-related tasks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage Trello boards across all stages &mdash; creating, updating, linking, and duplicating cards for clear workflow tracking</li><li>Monitor landing pages to ensure content is accurate and updated</li><li>Support non-core brand admin tasks and gradually assist with core brand workflows after training</li><li>Compile and organize Proof of Execution (POE) documents and prepare reporting for review</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure timely updates and submissions</li><li>Maintain trackers, records, and marketing operations documentation</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (minimum requirement) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, Communications, Brand Management, or any closely related marketing discipline</li><li>Strong written and spoken English for brand coordination and communication</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working with tools like Trello, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Workspace</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and quick to learn new processes or tools</li><li>Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of admin, marketing support, or operations experience are welcome</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work</li><li>A fast learner with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills</li><li>A team player who can communicate clearly with vendors and brand teams</li><li>Someone who takes ownership and delivers accuracy under deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
