Usman Memorial Hospital (UMH) is looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidate for the post of Manager Human Resources.Qualifications:<ul><li>The candidate must have MBA(HR) or equivalent relevent qualification.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 4-5 years preferably in similar position in a reputable hospital.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets.</li><li>Ensuring full compliance with Hospital policy and procedure and legal requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures.</li><li>Overseeing the payroll and recruitment function and managing employee relations.</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.</li><li>The position is responsible to raise and manage HR setups &amp; structures in order to ensure the best performance of the employees.</li><li>Generally, focus on using the best business practices to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs.</li><li>Ensure that the team is provided with clear direction and performance standards expected.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
