Usman Memorial Hospital is a secondary care hospital in Karachi, we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated candidate for the post of Nursing Manager.Job Specification:Qualification: BSN/MSNExperience: 4-5 years experience.Job Description:<ul><li>Oversee all clinical activities of nursing and paramedical staff.</li><li>Conduct daily patient rounds to ensure quality nursing services are provided.</li><li>Maintain and monitor medical records of admitted patients, ensuring proper nursing services.</li><li>Ensure proper administration of medications, following standard nursing practices (4 R&rsquo;s).</li><li>Organize educational activities for the nursing staff based on needs assessments.</li><li>Address and resolve patient issues related to nursing services.</li><li>Create, implement, and monitor monthly duty rosters for staff.</li><li>Evaluate the performance of nursing and paramedical staff.</li><li>Participate in medical audits to evaluate neglected cases.</li><li>Collaborate with consultants for input on patient care.</li><li>Develop strategies to address deficiencies in nursing staff.</li><li>Ensure availability and maintenance of necessary medical equipment.</li><li>Monitor departmental inventory.</li><li>Report to superiors during crises or unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Maintain interdepartmental coordination and harmony.</li><li>Participate in disaster management efforts.</li><li>Ensure that patients clear all financial dues before discharge.</li><li>Address complaints from patients' attendants promptly.</li><li>Handle other related tasks as assigned by higher management.</li><li>Track staff compliance with I-Care protocols and monitor I-Care notes.</li><li>Share consumption reports in a timely manner and proper format.</li><li>Track and manage nursing indent</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Nursing Manager

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and supervise Resident Medical Officers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.</li><li>Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in coordination with medical staff.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.</li><li>Provide training and support to RMOs to enhance their skills and knowledge.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: MBBS/MCPS /FCPS with Valid medical license</li><li>Experience: 2-5 years of experience must be required from clinical and administrative side.</li><li>Timing: 1 pm- 9 pm</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills &amp; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
