About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a mid-level graphic designer who actually gets it, someone who understands English clearly, cares about typography, and knows how to visually communicate in a way that makes an eCommerce brand feel premium, consistent, and scroll-stopping.If you live on Pinterest, study fonts for fun, and know how to turn a boring product shot into a high-converting creative, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality social media posts, banners, and ads specifically for eCommerce brands.</li><li>Maintain strong typography standards font pairing, spacing, hierarchy, alignment.</li><li>Handle CapCut video editing for reels, short-form content, and promotional videos.</li><li>Perform image manipulation, retouching, background cleanup, color correction, and compositing.</li><li>Design logos, brand assets, icons, packaging visuals, and other brand identity elements.</li><li>Align and position content perfectly according to the image layout and creative direction.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop concepts, mood boards, and creative ideas.</li><li>Deliver work on deadlines every time.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional graphic design experience.</li><li>Good understanding of English (reading + interpreting instructions).</li><li>Strong command of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and modern design principles.</li><li>Solid experience in designing for eCommerce brands (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, home &amp; kitchen, etc.).</li><li>Proficient in:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>CapCut / Premiere (basic to intermediate)</li><li>Ability to create scroll-stopping social media creatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of product photography angles, lighting corrections, and layout compositions.</li><li>Experience in logo design and brand identity concepts.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh, on-trend ideas.</li></ul>Preferred (Bonus) Skills<ul><li>Experience in packaging design.</li><li>Knowledge of color psychology, branding, and marketing-led creative thinking.</li><li>Familiarity with reels trends and short-form editing styles.</li></ul>Who We WantSomeone who:<ul><li>Is fast, responsible, and takes ownership.</li><li>Thinks like a designer, not just a software operator.</li><li>Understands that eCommerce design = creativity + conversion.</li><li>Can take feedback positively and refine work quickly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
