The Role:

Assist with the media application process for both traditional media and the US Open Content Creator Program</li><li><ul><li>
Review applications and utilize USTA AI program to gather detailed information on applicants</li><li>
Assist with approving and processing applications</li><li>
Assist with writing and producing Media Operations Guides</li><li>
Assist with publishing content on the US Open Media Only Website</li><li>
Assist with pre-tournament press events &amp; activations</li><li>
Assist with set-up of US Open Media Center</li></ul></li><li>
USTA Communications Staff Office</li><li><ul><li>
Manage the front desk during the US Open</li><li>
Provide general information to members of the media</li><li>
Manage press seat allocation</li><li>
Assist with daily clip process as needed</li><li>
Assist with in-tournament special events</li></ul></li></ul></div>
Who You Are:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Comfortable using basic office technology (e.g., spreadsheets, email, online systems) for tracking assignments.</li><li>
Ability to remain calm under pressure and assist high-profile clients with professionalism.</li><li>
Availability to work the full duration of the tournament, including weekends, evenings, and extended hours.</li></ul>

Compensation:</b> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <b>$20.00.</b></div><div><b>
Note:</b> will need to be onsite from Saturday, August 22, 2026 through Monday, September 14, 2026.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Daily Meal Allowance:</b> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
