<div></div><div><div>PRIMARY DUTIES:</div>
 <ul><li>Repairing, maintaining and improving industrial machinery, special assembly machines, brazing, tig welding, spot welding and other production equipment.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li>
 <li>Perform timely repairs and replacements to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.</li>
 <li>Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning at peak performance.</li>
 <li>Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment in real time, identifying potential issues before they lead to downtime.</li>
 <li>Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and machine downtimes in detail.</li>
 <li>Ensure that machines and equipment meet operational and quality specifications. Conduct tests to verify proper functioning.</li>
 <li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.</li>
<li>All other duties assigned by management.</li>
</ul><div><b>SECONDARY DUTIES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to operate all production equipment, including additional support equipment such as cranes, forklifts etc.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to address technical issues and improve equipment reliability.</li>
<li>Assist with the installation/removal of equipment and setup of new machinery and equipment.</li>
<li>Attend any required supervisor meetings.</li>
<li>Welding.</li>
<li>4S.</li>
<li>Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.</li>
<li>Ability to Work as a Team Member in Team Oriented Environment.</li>
</ul><div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS (including educational requirements):</b></div>
<ul><li>Associates degree in a technical discipline, a plus or ETA, NCCER Certification or Electro Mechanical PLC Technician Certification necessary or equivalent experience in Usui International Corporation.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting at the component level</li>
<li>3+ years of experience working on industrial assembly machines.</li>
<li>Experience with VOM with the ability to understand the results, troubleshoot components, (proximity switch, limit switch, PLC input/output level).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical skills, such as understanding Hydraulics and Pneumatics, not only theory, but real, hands-on experience.</li>
<li>Basic machine shop practices, such as drilling holes with drill press, tapping holes, threading pipe, identifying pipe fittings, and how they are used (some water lines, mostly air lines).</li>
<li>Ability to measure in inches, millimeters, with tape measures, scales, micrometers and calipers.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of milling machines and lathe operations is desirable.</li></ul></div></div></div>
