JOB SUMMARY
 Position works under general supervision to assist the oncology patient, family and care giver to overcome healthcare barriers (including but not limited to social, financial, or physical barriers.) Responsible for conducting on-going assessments of need and facilitate referrals throughout the Oncology continuum of care. JOB DUTIES
 Assesses and documents physiological, psychological sociocultural, and spiritual health status of patient on admission utilizing age-specific considerations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Performs ongoing assessment of patient's physiological health status throughout the care continuum. Communicates relevant health status data to other team members and departments.
 Interprets health status data to anticipate patient's family, and physician's needs and expectations. Develops appropriate plan of care for patient. Utilizes critical thinking skills in planning and prioritizing oncology-nursing care.

 UT Southwestern is actively seeking a skilled Cage Wash Technician to join our Animal Resource Center (ARC) team. We are looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented; experience with following safety procedures, ability to handle physical tasks, maintain accurate records, and work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment .
 As Cage Wash Technician , you will be responsible for operating cage wash and autoclave equipment, maintaining high sanitation standards, processing animal caging, performing housekeeping duties, and supporting daily facility operations in a laboratory setting. This role works under constant supervision to provide care and maintenance of laboratory animals and animal facilities.

 Process animal caging through the cagewash equipment. Add appropriate bedding and enrichment to animal caging. Examine equipment for cracks or malfunctioned parts, reject unclean or broken equipment.
 Clean and maintain multiple support areas (storage rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and procedure rooms) as well as main hallways. Utilize appropriate techniques and chemicals to ensure sanitization of all surfaces. Accurately request, sort, and organize routine supplies to meet area needs. Provide supply requests in a timely manner to supervisor.
 Correctly apply appropriate techniques and chemicals to maintain facility floors. Routinely sweep and mop. Utilize floor machines to effectively remove buildup of wax and debris.
 Follow appropriate safety procedures.

 Master’s degree or higher in nursing, documentation of completion of accredited Advanced Practice Education Program. Graduate education and related Texas Board of Nursing authorization must be consistent with clinical practice area and patient population.
 Licensure and Certification
 Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification required. Licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board. OR
 Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing. Authorization for prescriptive authority by the Texas Board of Nursing.
 Current applicable Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross Life Support certification(s) based on UT Southwestern policy for Advanced Practice Providers.
 JOB DUTIES Conducts and documents comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations based on age and diagnosis, including psychological status. Synthesizes data and utilizes evidence to develop, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care, including ordering and interpreting laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic studies/results. Demonstrates proficiency in technical/procedural skills, as appropriate and based on specialty and training. Provides relevant management, referrals, counseling, and education to patients, families, and caregivers related to current care and preventive health measures. Facilitates/participates in quality related initiatives and/or clinical research protocols through planned group processes, workshops, seminars, and staff meetings, to improve clinical and system practice performance. Collaborates in research projects and protocols; and routinely applies evidence based best practices to patient care Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES
 First point of contact for all who enter the Talent Acquisition Office; responsible for creating and fostering an excellent customer service experience.
 Prepares, justifies, monitors, and administers budgets for the division and its related programs including expense and income tracking, monthly account balances, etc.
 Oversees division accounting and budgeting activities and coordinating department financial operations including providing required budgetary and financial reporting.
 Must be able to think creatively and strategically, in order to develop and implement best practices in talent acquisition operations.
 Coordinates and assists with the preparation of RFPs or contractual agreements and associated budgets; ensure timely submission of proposals and agreements.
 Develops, revises, recommends, and interprets policies and procedures for division and employees to ensure all applicable laws and governmental guidelines are followed and employees are treated in equitable manner.
 Oversees special events for department by coordinating committees and schedules and by staying within budget. Coordinates project management duties for new compliance initiatives. Coordinates various projects and programs within the department ensuring all tasks are completed by established deadlines and quality standards.
 Ensures there is a positive internal and external working relationship within the Talent Acquisition team and with external customers.
 Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
 Coordinates various projects and programs with an emphasis on process improvement for division, ensuring all tasks are completed by established deadlines and quality customer service is provided.
 Organizes office procedures to ensure effective operation. Acts as department liaison with other departments and agencies.
 Determines work priorities and monitors progress toward work deadlines.

 Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences.
