JOB ANNOUNCEMENT</div><div></div><div>
The County Auditor investigates all financial claims against the county and pays the bills. The Auditor&rsquo;s Office also examines the financial books kept by the other county officials to see that accurate and complete records are maintained.</div><div></div><div>
POSITION: Learning and Development Specialist (ERP) - Part Time</div><div>
This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits.</div><div></div><ul><li>All applications received will be screened by the Human Resources office. Those applicants meeting the specified qualification and additional screening criteria will be referred for a hiring interview. The Human Resource Office will continue to consider qualified candidates as needed until the position is filled.</li></ul><div></div><div>
The Opportunity:</div><div>
Support the Vault (Oracle Cloud) ERP rollout by building high-quality learning materials, coordinating and facilitating training, and measuring learner readiness so finance staff and end users can confidently follow standardized, documented processes at and after go-live.</div><div></div><div>
Pay: $30.74 hourly</div><div></div><div>
Location: Provo, UT (hybrid may be considered)</div><div></div><div>
Job Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.</li>
Two (2) years experience designing and delivering workplace learning (end-to-end: analysis design delivery<li> evaluation).</li><li>
Demonstrated facilitation skill and clear writing for job aids; advanced organization and follow-through.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to quickly leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360 or similar).</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred:</div><ul><li>
Experience supporting ERP or enterprise software training (Oracle/Workday/SAP).</li><li>
Light media skills (screen capture/editing); fbasic UX/UI design, familiarity with accessibility and UDL.</li></ul><div>

Assist the Vault ERP training program by producing materials, running logistics, supporting facilitation, and maintaining training records to help end users adopt standardized processes.</div><div></div><div>
Starting Pay: $18.87 - $26.74 Salary will be determined upon experience and or education</div><div></div><div>
Location: Provo, Utah (hybrid may be considered)</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Content Support: Update job aids/QRGs from templates; capture annotated screenshots in the configured system; assemble basic micro-lessons.</li><li>
Logistics &amp; Comms: Manage invites, attendance, reminders, and post-session follow-ups; maintain the training calendar and artifact library with reliable version control.</li><li>
Facilitation Support: Co-host virtual sessions, moderate Q&amp;A, track action items, and schedule sandbox practice labs.</li><li>
Data &amp; Feedback: Send/readiness surveys; track completions; compile feedback and common issues for the L&amp;D team.</li></ul><div>
Job Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Coursework or experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years experience in L&amp;D/HRD (internships welcome).</li><li>
Strong organization and attention to detail; clear written communication; comfort presenting/supporting live sessions.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to learn Articulate 360 tools quickly.</li></ul><div>
Preferred:</div><ul><li>
Exposure to ERP or enterprise applications; basic video/screen-capture editing and learning and process content development ; familiarity with accessibility and UDL.</li></ul><div></div><div>
