This is a wonderful opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and families while providing compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With Us<ul><li>Flexible hours (10&ndash;30 per week): We&rsquo;ll work with your schedule to find a balance that fits your life.</li><li>Meaningful impact: Every visit you make brings comfort, dignity, and peace to those in need.</li><li>Mileage reimbursement and competitive per-visit pay (DOE).</li><li>Opportunities to grow: Room to expand into a larger role with increased hours and pay as our team grows.</li><li>Supportive environment: Join a family-owned agency that truly values compassion, teamwork, and respect.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide personal care with compassion&mdash;bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.</li><li>Offer companionship and reassurance to patients and families.</li><li>Assist with light household tasks, simple meals, and comfort measures.</li><li>Observe and report changes in condition to the Case Manager.</li><li>Provide respite care to families, giving caregivers much-needed peace of mind.</li><li>Always uphold patient dignity, privacy, and respect in every interaction.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Utah.</li><li>At least 18 years old with a valid driver&rsquo;s license and insured vehicle.</li><li>CPR/BLS certified.</li><li>Compassionate, patient, and comfortable supporting individuals at the end of life.</li><li>A calm, dependable presence who finds joy in helping others.</li><li>Self-motivated and confident working independently while being part of a caring team.</li></ul>At Utah Home Health and Hospice, we live by our motto: Service is our passion.
