 This is a 100% ONSITE role in Karachi.
 
 
 
 
 (No remote. No relocation. Only Karachi residents will be considered.)
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do (and Own)
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hunt and close high-value clients for custom software, mobile apps, web development &amp; Agentic AI projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate 50&ndash;100 qualified leads/month via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, G2, Capterra, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai
 </li>
 <li>
 Build &amp; manage a predictable pipeline in CRM (Salesforce / Freshsales / Insightly)
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft winning proposals, deliver killer demos &amp; presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Run email outreach &amp; nurture campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
 </li>
 <li>
 Create scroll-stopping content &amp; visuals for LinkedIn, emails, and pitches (Canva + basic Illustrator skills needed)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;re Our Ideal Candidate If You Have
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of proven IT services/software sales or business development experience
 </li>
 <li>
 BBA/MBA (Marketing preferred but not mandatory if you can sell!)
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level LinkedIn prospecting &amp; cold outreach game
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with CRM + email automation tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid proposal writing &amp; presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: SEO/PPC knowledge + basic graphic design (Canva/Illustrator)
 </li>
 </ul>
