We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll &amp; Billing Specialist who takes pride in performing at a high level. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured office environment, communicates effectively, and is eager to take ownership of key financial processes. Office Location: 5740 Citrus Blvd Suite 102, Harahan, LA 70123<ul><li>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Process weekly payroll timesheets with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Prepare and submit weekly invoices for various types of unit and T&amp;E work.</li><li>
Ensure invoices are delivered to customers promptly and follow up as needed to support timely payments.</li><li>
Maintain billing records in tracking sheets to confirm all work has been properly billed.</li><li>
Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve any billing or payroll discrepancies.</li></ul></li><li>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>
3-4 years of office experience preferred, especially in payroll or billing.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, including comfort with phone conversations.</li><li>
Able to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Quick to learn new systems and processes.</li><li>
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday (no remote or hybrid options).</li></ul></li><li>

Payroll & Billing Specialist

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Specialist who takes initiative and works well in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.</li><li>
Distribute invoices to the appropriate billing department to ensure timely and accurate billing.</li><li>
Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies and payment terms.</li><li>
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.</li><li>
Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.</li><li>
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and ensure smooth payment processes.</li></ul></li><li>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience and skills are encouraged to apply.</li><li>
Previous office experience (3-4 years) is preferred, but we're open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>
