Office Location: 5740 Citrus Blvd Suite 102, Harahan, LA 70123<ul><li>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.</li><li>
Distribute invoices to the appropriate billing department to ensure timely and accurate billing.</li><li>
Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies and payment terms.</li><li>
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.</li><li>
Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.</li><li>
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and ensure smooth payment processes.</li></ul></li><li>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience and skills are encouraged to apply.</li><li>
Previous office experience (3-4 years) is preferred, but we're open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, including comfort with phone conversations.</li><li>
Able to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Quick to learn new systems and processes.</li><li>
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday (no remote or hybrid options).</li></ul></li><li>
