Job Title: Ayushman Bharat Card Processing ExecutiveDepartment:Front Office / Patient ServicesLocation:UDMRI, Uttaranchal Hospital, DehradunJob Summary:The Ayushman Bharat Card Processing Executive at Uttaranchal Hospital will be responsible for assisting patients in verifying eligibility, registering, and generating Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) health cards. The role requires prior experience and a clear understanding of the Ayushman Bharat process to ensure fast, accurate, and compliant service delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify patient eligibility under the Ayushman Bharat &ndash; Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) using official government portals.</li><li>Assist beneficiaries in completing the registration and document verification process.</li><li>Generate, print, and issue Ayushman Bharat Health Cards to eligible patients.</li><li>Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of applications processed.</li><li>Liaise with the hospital&rsquo;s Ayushman Bharat helpdesk and government officials for approvals and troubleshooting.</li><li>Guide patients and families on Ayushman Bharat benefits, empanelled services, and documentation requirements.</li><li>Handle data entry, record maintenance, and ensure compliance with PM-JAY protocols.</li><li>Report operational issues or irregularities to the Front Office Manager or Scheme Coordinator.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.</li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in Ayushman Bharat or related government health schemes.</li><li>Good computer skills (MS Office, online data entry, and portal use).</li><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.</li><li>Patient-centric approach and attention to detail.</li></ul>Experience:Minimum 6 months in hospital front office, Ayushman Bharat processing, or similar health scheme operations. Candidates with prior experience handling PM-JAY processes will be preferred.Reporting To:Front Office Manager / Ayushman Bharat Helpdesk CoordinatorJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,567.34 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
