</p><p>We are seeking a <b>Plumber </b>to:
</p><ul><li>Install and maintain all types of bathroom fixture equipment, medical gas piping and alarm systems.
</li><li>Install and maintain domestic and special water piping, such as softeners, deionized, reverse osmosis and all other water systems as it pertains to the trade.
</li><li>Install and maintain sanitary and storm drains, roof drains, acid waste drains, etc.
</li><li>Install and maintain all types of pumps: domestic, sanitary, and storm water pumps, medical and industrial air compressors, reverse osmosis water pumps, compressors for fire suppression system, medical and lab vacuum systems.
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications
</b></div><div><div><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED Required and
</li><li>Five (5) year plumbing apprenticeship. Required

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions as a team member in the home health setting under the general supervision of the registered nurse and in accordance with patients&rsquo; plans of care. The LPN can perform nursing care, record the nursing care given, and report to the appropriate person changes in patient condition that are within the practice scope of their LPN license. This job description applies to both scheduled and per-diem LPN roles. The Registered Nurse Case Manger (RNCM) coordinates and directs the patient&rsquo;s care based on individual patient needs. This position is responsible for independent management of the home health patient population requiring the use of advanced assessment, teaching, and decision-making skills. The RNCM is responsible for ensuring that appropriate referrals to other services are made, interdisciplinary conferences take place regularly, and appropriate documentation is completed. Work schedules are determined to meet patient care needs and work may be required on weekends and holidays. Works collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team and multiple community resources to best meet the needs of the home health patient and family.</li><li>
Evaluates patient&rsquo;s responses to care based on regular assessment and analysis of nursing intervention.</li><li>
Maintains an updated HER record on each patient at all times, meeting required regulatory and clinical requirements.</li><li>
Acts as a role model for professional nursing and allied health students, accompanying them on home visits as assigned.</li><li>
