We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
<ul><li>Float across multiple departments and specialties caring for highly complex, critically ill patient populations in a variety of intensive care units (ICUs) such as the Trauma Life Center, Burn ICU, Neurosciences ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU, and float to intermediate care (IMC) units as needed.
</li><li>Provide high-quality, evidence-based care utilizing critical thinking skills to evaluate and assess patients, recognize and escalate complications, and safely administer appropriate nursing interventions and advanced life support therapies while demonstrating a commitment to patient and family centered nursing care.
</li><li>Partner with dynamic multidisciplinary teams of nurses, nursing assistants, coordinated care roles, therapists, advanced practice providers, medical teams, and more, honing interpersonal communication skills and effectively delegating tasks as necessary.
</li><li>Serve as a mentor and role model with opportunities to orient nurses who are new to the Critical Care Float Pool and work with nursing students, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in strategic planning efforts, quality improvement, and Shared Governance.

RN - Ambulatory, Pulmonary

<ul><li>Manage and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Research Unit (CRU). The CRU is a dedicated research facility that conducts high quality clinical research that includes a sample processing laboratory.
</li><li>Answer phones, organize files, order supplies, handle correspondence, manage databases, and provide general support to patients, family members, clinicians, study team members and CRU staff.
