</p><p></p><p>We are seeking a <b>Clinical Research Unit Assistant </b>to:<br>
</p><p></p><ul><li>Manage and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Research Unit (CRU). The CRU is a dedicated research facility that conducts high quality clinical research that includes a sample processing laboratory.
</li><li>Answer phones, organize files, order supplies, handle correspondence, manage databases, and provide general support to patients, family members, clinicians, study team members and CRU staff. You are often considered the backbone of the unit, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
</li><li>Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to support patient care and research study participation.
</li><li>Collaborate with study teams to coordinate all aspects of patient care including complex patient scheduling, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
</li><li>Set-up complex paper charts specific to the individual research study, visit (cycle/day), cohort and arm, and coordinate these set-ups with the CRU Lab Specialist.
</li>Use high level of attention to detail to maintain accurate electronic health records and perform other duties of a clerical nature.<br>

PHYSICAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) (LEVEL 1) - REGISTRY

100% FTE, 3,12-hour shifts with 17 additional shifts per year. Shifts are 5 AM- 5 PM or 6 AM- 6 PM. 1:6 weekend rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational need.

</b></p><p>As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
</p><p>We are seeking a <b>Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant </b>to:
</p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive care to adult otolaryngology patients in an inpatient setting including collaboration with interdisciplinary team consisting of attending physicians, resident physicians, speech language pathologists, case management and nursing
</li><li>Perform or assist with the following procedures: Wound Care, Nasal Cautery, Rigid Nasal Endoscopy, Flexible Diagnostic Laryngoscopy, and Tracheostomy Changes.
</li><li>Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
</li><li>Help support a smooth transition for patients after discharge through close collaboration with our ambulatory APPs and RNs.
</li><li>Assist in the OR as needed
</li></ul><p><b>Education:
</b><br>
Minimum &ndash;
</p><ul><li><b>If Nurse Practitioner: </b>Master&rsquo;s or Doctorate&rsquo;s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
</li><li><b>If Physician Assistant: </b>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree from accredited PA Program.
</li></ul><p><b>Licenses and Certifications:
</b><br>
Minimum -
</p><ul><li><b>If Nurse Practitioner: </b>Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP. These include the following: Adult; Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Gerontology and RN First Assist preferred.
</li><li><b>If Physician Assistant: </b>Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
</li></ul><p><b>All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have:
</b></p><ul><li>Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
</li><li>CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
