Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement overall recruiting strategy</li><li>Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications</li><li>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives</li><li>Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.</li><li>Source and attract candidates by using resume databases, social media etc.</li><li>Screen candidates resumes and job applications</li><li>Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule</li><li>Assess applicants&rsquo; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes</li><li>Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated</li><li>Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to submit candidates within a targeted specified time period.</li><li>Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team</li><li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process</li><li>Promote company&rsquo;s reputation as &ldquo;best place to work&rdquo;</li><li>Work closely with other peers in developing efficient recruitment processes.</li><li>Additional job responsibilities as requested by the management team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT industry.</li><li>Familiarity with technical roles and requirements, including software development, network engineering, and IT support roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.</li><li>Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to effectively screen and assess technical resumes and candidates.</li><li>Knowledge of various sourcing techniques</li><li>Experience with technical assessments</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.</li></ul>Location: 19th Floor , BRR Towers, I I Chundrigar (Hybrid)Timing: 5:45pm to 2:15amJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary </li><li>Notice Period </li><li>Willing to work at night shift ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>International Technical Recruiter: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Professional) (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
