Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad<ul><li>Sourcing candidates</li><li>Candidate Calling</li><li>Arrange Interviews</li><li>Candidate Follow up as and when required</li><li>Prepare offer Letters/ Appointment letters</li><li>Joining Formality/ Induction /Orientation</li><li>Training of new candidate (product/soft skill)</li><li>Prepare Relieving Letter /Prepare Salary/Experience Certificate</li><li>Preparing HR Documents like training manuals&hellip;policies</li><li>Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance</li><li>Handling insurance-related issues</li><li>Managing workplace safety issues</li><li>Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees</li><li>Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc</li><li>Handling the full and final settlement of the employees</li><li>Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labor law and record information on a timely basis</li><li>Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee</li><li>Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current Salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
