The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing all procurement and purchase activities for construction materials, services, and equipment required for real estate projects. The role involves vendor development, cost optimization, negotiation, contract management, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements and quality standards.Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and analytical skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and procurement practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in ERP/procurement software.</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement Planning &amp; Strategy:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Forecast material requirements and coordinate with project teams.</li><li>Establish annual procurement budgets and monitor costs.</li></ul>2. Vendor Management:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors.</li><li>Maintain vendor database and conduct performance evaluations.</li></ul>3. Purchase Execution:<ul><li>Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize orders.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and schedules.</li><li>Release Purchase Orders and ensure policy compliance.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Logistics Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with site teams for material delivery and inventory control.</li><li>Track procurement status to prevent project delays.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure procurement compliance with policies and statutory requirements.</li><li>Maintain documentation for audit and vendor payments.</li></ul>6. Cost Control &amp; Value Engineering:<ul><li>Analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Recommend alternate materials/vendors for efficiency.</li></ul>7. Team Leadership &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Collaborate with project, finance, and civil operations and legal departments.</li></ul>TOTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:5&ndash;8 years of experience in procurement within real estate or infrastructure sector.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;55,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
