 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring an experienced
 
 Oracle SCM Fusion Functional Consultant
 
 to join our growing team in
 
 Dubai
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 If you have led multiple
 
 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
 
 and are confident managing configurations, client discussions, and delivery independently, this role is for you.
 
 
 
 
 
 ⚙️
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and participate in
 
 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 requirement gathering sessions
 
 and translate business needs into system configurations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure and support
 
 SCM modules
 
 &mdash;
 
 Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with
 
 technical teams
 
 to ensure smooth integration with other Oracle Fusion modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide
 
 functional support
 
 , troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documentation &mdash; configuration setups, design documents, and test scripts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage stakeholders and deliver projects within defined timelines.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 7&ndash;12 years
 
 of hands-on experience in
 
 Oracle SCM Applications
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3 complete Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong functional expertise in
 
 Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing,
 
 and
 
 Planning
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of
 
 Oracle Fusion SCM architecture and workflow
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to
 
 lead implementation independently
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Arabic language proficiency
 
 is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
 </li>
