Job Description &ndash; Senior HR Manager (Hiring &amp; Training Specialist)Location:Lucknow (On-site)Experience Required:Minimum 5 Years in Recruitment &amp; HREmployment Type:Full-time, Office-basedRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior HR Executive with strong experience in online hiring, candidate screening, onboarding, and basic job training. The role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently manage the full hiring cycle for remote job profiles, ensure quality candidate selection, and deliver smooth induction training.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Hiring (Primary Role)<ul><li>Source candidates online through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala, and other platforms.</li><li>Create job postings, manage applicant pipelines, and conduct initial telephonic/video screening.</li><li>Filter, shortlist, and schedule interviews for remote job roles.</li><li>Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, attitude, experience, and job fit.</li><li>Maintain structured hiring reports and dashboards.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Training<ul><li>Conduct basic on-the-job training for newly hired remote employees.</li><li>Explain company SOPs, KPIs, work expectations, tools, and workflows.</li><li>Ensure new hires complete documentation, ID verification, and onboarding forms.</li><li>Conduct orientation sessions on company culture, communication standards, and work ethics.</li></ul>3. HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee records, attendance reports, and joiner/exit data.</li><li>Monitor performance during the first 30&ndash;60 days and coordinate with team leads for feedback.</li><li>Support management in strengthening HR processes and improving hiring quality.</li><li>Handle general HR tasks such as employee engagement, discipline, and compliance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven hiring/recruitment experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in sourcing online candidates for remote jobs.</li><li>Ability to independently manage mass hiring and fast hiring cycles.</li><li>Excellent English communication &ndash; spoken &amp; written.</li><li>Good understanding of job roles across sales, operations, support, admin, tech, and creative fields.</li><li>Strong basic training and presentation abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in HR tools, Excel/Sheets, ATS, job portals, Zoom/Meet, and CRM dashboards.</li><li>Professional attitude, strong follow-up skills, and high ownership mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Personality Traits<ul><li>Confident, self-driven, and disciplined.</li><li>Strong ethical and professional behavior.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.</li><li>Quick learner with practical problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to motivate and guide new employees.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary based on experience.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses on successful closures.</li><li>High-energy work environment with long-term growth.</li></ul>Work ModeThis is a full-time, office-based role (NOT remote).
