 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull; Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals for various job openings.
 
 
 &bull; Screening Resumes: Review resumes to evaluate candidates&rsquo; technical skills, work experience, and qualifications for specific IT roles.
 
 
 &bull; Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit for the client&rsquo;s requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinating Submissions: Submit shortlisted candidates to clients after ensuring they meet all job requirements and qualifications.
 
 
 &bull; Client Interaction: Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
 
 
 &bull; Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities.
 
 
 &bull; Negotiations: Discuss job details such as pay rates, availability, and relocation requirements with candidates.
 
 
 &bull; Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 
 
 
 
 
 Must have:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
 
 
 &bull; Freshers from technical graduation backgrounds are preferred (BCA, MCA, B.Tech)
