 , a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Product Owner who will own the development cycle of the product/suite of products. The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle &ndash; from Product discovery until Launch.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Discovery, Analysis and Documentation:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with Business stakeholders and Product Manager to capture and analyze the requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand the application data and data flows and connect the dots between data flow and the application behavior.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translating the Business Requirements into Functional Requirements (PRD)
 </li>
 <li>
 Create User flows/journey, create low-fidelity mockups
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with UI-UX developer to create high fidelity mockups
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Tech lead to create Project Plan (Schedule)
 </li>
 <li>
 Breakdown PRD into Detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead Sprint Ceremonies: Sprint Planning &amp; Grooming, Standups, Retrospectives, Demos
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide requirement clarity to dev team
 </li>
 <li>
 Review Test Plan and help QA team in testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure no critical business facing issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously assess progress, identify blockers, and proactively manage risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate delivery timelines, release notes and biweekly updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform future development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build domain expertise for processes/workflows related to Product
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Collaboration:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Product Manager and Solution Architect to propose the Release Plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Technical Lead to come up with Sprint Plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the UI/UX Designers and ensure the mocks, PRD, and user stories have covered all the scenarios, assumptions, and exclusions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the development team to help them understand the business details, deliverables and remove their roadblocks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with QA team to ensure there are no business facing bugs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Agile and Scrum:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and prioritize the user stories based on the Release Plan and Milestone Demos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Agile Scrum meetings like Sprint Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project scheduling, Resource Planning, Billing activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and own QA plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Own delivery quality and ensure no business facing issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Overall 5+ years of experience being a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent at written as well as verbal communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience with agile methodology for project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem Solver and Solution-oriented approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience with Data-driven analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Graph QL and SQL will be a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s Degree with specialization in Computer Science/Civil/Construction or related field
