Overall Purpose of The Job</b></p><div><div><div>
This position is responsible for providing assistance to HR specific support, specifically in the administration of HR systems, Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee benefits and for providing day-to-day administrative support to the department.</div></div><br>

Key Responsibilities and Tasks</b></p><div><div><div>
HR Systems<br>
<ul><li>Ensure accuracy of data in HCM system.</li><li>Updates the HCM Sage system and coordinate with other V. Group offices when needed.</li><li>Generate weekly PeopleConnect Report.</li><li>Monitors the completion of LMS courses of all employees.</li><li>Generates the attendance report.</li><li>HR Recruitment &amp; On-Boarding</li><li>Ensures the complete submission of pre-employment requirements.</li><li>Coordinates induction program for new hires</li></ul><br>
HR Administration<br>
<ul><li>Maintains the employees&rsquo; personal files.</li><li>Documents all staff movement like transfers and promotions.</li><li>Prepares appointment letters / confirmation letters / experience letters / Salary Review letters, etc.</li><li>Assists in employee engagement activities.</li><li>Maintains the employees&rsquo; leave database.</li><li>Prepares the monthly report for Salary processing.</li><li>Prepares documents for internal and external audit requirements.</li></ul><br>
Employee Benefits / Others<br>
<ul><li>Sends the separation clearance form and Exit interview forms to leavers</li><li>Process the monthly addition &amp; deletion list for Insurance.</li></ul></div></div><br>

Essential</b></p><div><div><div>
Bachelors&rsquo; degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines<br>
At least 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in HR function<br>
Familiar with any HCM system. Knowledge of HCM Sage People system an advantage</div></div><br>
