Key Responsibilities1. GEM Portal &amp; Tender Management<ul><li>Register and manage company profile on GEMand additional client portals.</li><li>Search, track, and participate in relevanttenders.</li><li>Prepare and upload bid documents accurately, ensuring all compliance and eligibility criteria are met.</li><li>Maintain records of submitted bids, bid status, and communication with relevant parties</li><li>Track orders received and coordinate timely execution.</li></ul>2. Payment &amp; Documentation Tracking<ul><li>Maintain a schedule of pending and completed payments from clients</li><li>Follow up for payment release, invoice status, and submission of required documents.</li><li>Keep a well-maintained file (digital and physical) for invoices, challans, POs, and correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for invoice submission, GST entries, and reconciliations.</li></ul>3. Logistics &amp; Dispatch Coordination<ul><li>Plan dispatch schedules and ensure materials are packed and shipped as per order requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup, delivery, and documentation (LR, E-way bills, etc.).</li><li>Track goods in transit and update concerned departments or clients.</li><li>Maintain a record of freight bills, delivery confirmations, and transporter payments.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Purchase Coordination<ul><li>Obtain quotations from suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and spares.</li><li>Handle price negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality or timelines</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and track incoming materials and deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate with store and production for stock requirements and consumption.</li><li>Verify vendor bills for quantity, rate, and tax accuracy before submission to accounts.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Accountability<ul><li>Prepare regular reports &mdash; including purchase summaries, payment status, tender pipeline, and dispatch records.</li><li>Maintain high accuracy in data entry, filing, and documentation.</li><li>Report deviations or delays proactively to management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to accuracy and follow-through.</li><li>Working knowledge of GEM portal, MS Excel, and Tally/ERP systems.</li><li>Good communication skills for regular vendor and client interactions and negotiations.</li><li>Understanding of GST, invoicing, and commercial documentation.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with ownership and discipline.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Graduate (Commerce / Business Administration preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years in purchase, logistics, or tender management roles &mdash; preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.</li><li>Language: English and Hindi.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,158.37 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current montly salary?</li><li>What is your expected montly salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
