</p></div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div>You will support our team responsible for our customer base, coordinating customer and supplier concerns.</div><br>

<ul><li>Maintain relationships with our customers, suppliers and international locations through written and verbal exchanges</li>
<li>Grow and maintain the customer base by securing orders by providing excellent customer service</li>
<li>Build and develop customer relationships at different levels</li>
<li>You work closely together across interfaces in a respectful manner</li>
<li>You respond to all customer concerns in a timely manner</li>
<li>Your confident appearance and decision-making skills make you a competent and skilled negotiator at all levels</li>

<ul><li>Process international customer inquiries</li>
<li>Deadline tracking of supplier offers</li>
<li>Technical and commercial review of supplier offers</li>
<li>Prepare price quotations to customers within given deadlines</li>
<li>Timely clarification of customer and supplier queries</li>
<li>Follow-up of customer offers</li>
<li>Prompt review and processing of customer orders</li>
<li>Negotiate supplier quotations and orders within your value limits</li>
<li>Timely placement of supplier orders</li></ul><br>

<div>Hard-Skills</div>
<ul><li>Some experience in a similar position (purchasing)</li>
<li>Proficient in standard usage of Outlook / Excel / Word</li>
<li>Experience in SAP is a plus, but not necessarily required</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills &ndash; both written and verbal</li>
<li>Speed and accuracy of data is essential</li></ul><br>
