Job Summary Seeking a nurse practitioner with injector experience!Provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, micro-needling, lip enhancement, wellness including hormone therapy and peptide therapy, etc.Primary Functions/Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Executes patient care tasks, utilizing specialized knowledge in techniques, methods, procedures, and equipment to support the professional staff.</li><li>Educates patients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of aesthetic procedures, ensuring informed consent is obtained before treatment.</li><li>Acts as an advocate for patient safety and well-being, ensuring that all procedures are performed with the highest level of care and professionalism.</li><li>Monitors, documents, and reports any unusual conditions or behaviors in relation to vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.</li><li>Dispenses, and administers quality treatments in accordance with practice guidelines, protocols, standing orders, and policies established by VIO Med Spa.</li><li>Ensures the safety, emotional well-being, and physical comfort of patients.</li><li>Responds to patients&rsquo; questions and concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.</li><li>Provides comprehensive post-treatment care instructions and schedules follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Manages patient service needs, ensuring compliance with established recordkeeping guidelines, including HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Maintains the cleanliness of the center and upholds sanitation and sterilization standards.</li><li>Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained, adhering to infection control protocols.</li><li>Maintains comprehensive knowledge of all the services and products offered by VIO Med Spa.</li><li>Stays updated with the latest industry regulations and guidelines, ensuring all treatments comply with relevant medical and safety standards.</li></ul>Essential Behavioral Characteristics:<ul><li>Ethical</li><li>Positive attitude</li><li>Enthusiastic</li><li>Relationship orientation</li><li>Team orientation</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Empathetic</li><li>Creative</li><li>Tenacious</li><li>Integrity</li><li>Honesty</li><li>Trustworthy</li><li>Outgoing</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Responsible</li></ul>Essential Skills:<ul><li>Organized</li><li>Responsive</li><li>Adaptive and flexible</li><li>Continuous improvement mentality</li><li>Effective communication</li><li>Time management</li><li>Self-management</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of industry experience preferred</li><li>Legally certified nurse practitioner within the jurisdiction of employment</li><li>Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends</li><li>One year or more injecting experience</li><li>Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans</li></ul>Physical/Mental Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift at least 30lbs</li><li>Exposure to blood and bodily fluids utilizing proper PPE</li><li>Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills</li></ul>Open to either full-time or part-time.About VIO Med Spa:VIO Med Spa is a thriving franchise with multiple locations nationwide.
