Job Title: Sales Person Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Department: SalesReports To: Sales Managers Employment Type: Full TimeOur company is looking for a results-driven Salesperson with a strong background in the plastic manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling plastic products (such as PET jars &amp; bottles, HDPE caps &amp; closures.) and an excellent understanding of customer requirements and market trends. This role is key in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market share.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.&middot; Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.&middot; Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical product demonstrations, and proposals.&middot; Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to achieve profitable sales.&middot; Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.&middot; Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.&middot; Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.&middot; Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order pipelines in the CRM system.&middot; Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; 3&ndash;5+ years of proven sales experience in the plastic manufacturing industry (B2B).&middot; Strong knowledge of plastic products and production processes, including injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.&middot; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.&middot; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.&middot; Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.&middot; Prior working in a printing company (required).&middot; Experience dealing with clients in printing, perfume, and cosmetics sectorsKey Competencies:&middot; Target-driven and self-motivated.&middot; Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.&middot; Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.&middot; Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.Kindly send the CV in this email plasticindustryhr@gmail.comJob Type: Full-time
