Position Overview:We're seeking an experienced SQA (Automation + Manual) Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend product requirements thoroughly.</li><li>Identify, track, and resolve software defects efficiently.</li><li>Design, implement, and uphold automated test suites.</li><li>Conduct rigorous regression testing and meticulously analyze results.</li><li>Continuously enhance testing processes for optimal efficiency.</li><li>Write detailed test cases and proficiently execute them.</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.</li><li>Assess product quality meticulously.</li><li>Ensure interface compliance and compatibility.</li><li>Perform thorough end-to-end system integration and regression testing.</li><li>Execute QA plans and tests in close collaboration with the development team.</li><li>Maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure project success.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Strong proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).</li><li>Experience with scripting and programming languages</li><li>Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.</li><li>Knowledge of performance testing.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>SQA: 3 years (Required)</li><li>SQA Automation: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
