Job Description: Record to Report Executive / Accounts ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping:</li></ul>o Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.o Handle vendor ledgers, including reconciliation of outstanding balances, receivables, and payables.<ul><li>Reconciliations &amp; Payments:</li></ul>o Match bills with corresponding payments and verify applicable TDS and GST rates.o Prepare and process NEFT/RTGS payment files for vendor and client transactions.<ul><li>Receivables &amp; Debtors Management:</li></ul>o Maintain and update the branch-wise debtors tracker.o Follow up on outstanding client invoices and coordinate for timely collections.<ul><li>Inventory &amp; Reporting:</li></ul>o Track and record inventory movements across branches or clients.o Prepare weekly financial reports for management review.<ul><li>Monthly Financial Closure:</li></ul>o Conduct monthly book reviews and ensure closure before MIS reporting deadlines.o Support in preparation of MIS and management summaries.<ul><li>Compliance Coordination:</li></ul>o Coordinate with the Company Secretary (CS) team to provide data for semi-annual and annual filings.<ul><li>Payroll &amp; Invoicing:</li></ul>o Prepare monthly payroll for all clients between the 26th and 28th of every month.o Mail VSA invoices and follow up on old outstanding dues.<ul><li>Client Communication:</li></ul>o Address and resolve client queries related to accounts, invoices, or payments promptly and professionally.Skills Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, and GST.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).</li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or record-to-report processes (preferably in a CA/CS firm).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.</li><li>Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.</li><li>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.</li><li>Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job on Indeed and other portals.</li><li>Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.</li><li>Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.</li><li>Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.</li><li>Assess applicants&rsquo; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.</li><li>Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.</li><li>Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.</li><li>Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team</li><li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.</li><li>Promote company&rsquo;s reputation as &ldquo;best place to work&quot;.</li><li>Experience and Fresher both are welcome.</li><li>English communication is must.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
