 What You&rsquo;ll Need
 
 
 
 
 Technical Requirements and Certifications &raquo;
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other leading agile certification is required.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education And Experience &raquo;
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree required.
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years experience performing in multiple agile roles in software development.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 In person for the week of PI Planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 In person for important meetings and facilitations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Utility Experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Jira and Confluence Experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with Web and Mobile Development teams (Ionic, Angular).
