We are thirsty for a Cocktail Server with charm, a sense of humor, and the motivation to serve our guests and contribute to the amazing time they spend at our Theater. This is more than just a bar; this is a theater experience. WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING:<ul><li>
Maintain positive guest interactions while accurately serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner</li><li>
Take beverage orders from guests, accept guest payment, process credit card charges</li><li>
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes</li><li>
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol</li><li>
Constantly look for service opportunities</li><li>
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies</li><li>
Balance the cash banks at the start and close of each shift</li><li>
Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages</li><li>
Keeps assigned areas clean and empty of glasses and bottles</li><li>
Assist to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves</li><li>
Assist to restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as may be needed.</li><li>
Perform other related job duties as assigned</li></ul>
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:<ul><li>
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers</li><li>
Possess the ethics and positive outlook that support our values and culture</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes.</li><li>
Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register and POS system</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li>
Alcohol Beverage Awareness (TAM) card required</li><li>
Food Handler&rsquo;s Safety Card required</li><li>
Valid Sheriff&rsquo;s Work Card or ability to obtain one required</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience as cocktail server</li></ul>
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of (20-30) hours a week</li><li>
Ability to stand/walk continuously for 4-8 hours per day</li><li>
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. with tray</li><li>
Will frequently reach, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data</li><li>
Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic</li><li>
Work environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors</li><li>
