Job DescriptionVaam Engineering is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join its quality assurance team. The QC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring that all products meet the company&rsquo;s and client&rsquo;s quality standards. The role involves implementing quality processes, performing inspections, and maintaining documentation to ensure continuous improvement in production quality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality records.</li><li>Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.</li><li>Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production teams.</li><li>Calibrate and maintain testing equipment used in quality control.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production departments to optimize product quality.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in quality control or a similar manufacturing role.</li><li>Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and measurement tools.</li><li>Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and tolerances.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and documentation abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
