<div>This position is primarily responsible for cleaning and maintaining the pool hospitality deck and pool bathrooms. Pool Attendants are in direct contact with guests daily and must maintain a strong hospitality centric spirit in accordance with DMI values. Pool Attendants are responsible for maintaining order and providing a safe environment for guests in the pool area. 
Specific Responsibilities:<ul><li> Inspects and cleans all pool bathrooms to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Notifies supervisor to order bathroom equipment when needed.</li><li> Cleans pool and spa tiles for cleanliness and safety standards.</li><li> Maintains accountability for pool towels, ensures that minimal damage or loss is accounted for by distributing pool towels accordingly.</li><li> Cleans tables and chairs daily to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.</li><li> Cleans and maintains pool deck by removing trash and debris throughout the area.</li><li> Communicates with owners/guests on a daily basis to provide a Gold Crown hospitality setting.</li></ul>

Experience: 
Experience:
Two to four years of hospitality-related experience is required. Timeshare or Resort management experience highly desirable. Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; communicate effectively at all levels; and demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems. Must possess significant computer software program experience, especially Excel and Word. 
Education: High School diploma or GED required. 
Flexible Scheduling:
Must be able to work Evenings, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. 
Physical Demands: 
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is required to use his/her hands and fingers to feel, and reach for objects of various sizes, shapes and weight. 
The employee will occasionally be required to climb a step ladder or balance and, to talk, hear and/or smell. The employee must regularly push, pull, lift and/or move 10-25 lbs. And occasionally push, pull, lift and/or move 50 or more pounds with assistance. Specific Vision abilities required for this job include Close vision, Distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus in various settings. Good Customer Service skills are a must.

This position is highly visible in all resort areas, team members must present a clean professional appearance and must adhered to Daily Management, Inc., Local Standard Operating Procedures-Standards of Appearance.

Resort and Location: Grandview Las Vegas
Department: Grounds (Maintenance Dept.)
Reports To: Chief Engineer/Maintenance Manager 
Position Summary:
The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds of the Resort.
Core responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: 
Specific Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Cleans area around the pool decks to include furniture and water feature(s)</li><li>
Picks up and disposes of litter around entire Resort.</li><li>
Periodically empties all trash containers around the Resort exterior including outside smoke areas.</li><li>
Maintains garage cleanliness by sweeping and disposing of litter including hallways and elevator.</li><li>
Cleans and stocks pool restrooms</li><li>
Stores chemicals and supplies in accordance with resort, state, and federal laws and resort policies.</li><li>
Empties dumpsters throughout the property into trash compactor</li><li>
Maintains Resort sidewalks and grounds using power washers and scrubbing machines.</li><li>
Cleans and maintains barbeque grills throughout the resort property.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.</li><li>
Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor always</li><li>
Always Ensures Outstanding customer care</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</li></ul> 
Position Requirements (Skills/Abilities): MUST HAVE A VALID NEVADA DRIVER'S LICENSE 
Experience:
One year of grounds maintenance or any equivalent and/or education from which comparable knowledge or skills and abilities have been achieved.
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
