 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategic sourcing &amp; negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage purchase orders and related reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle vendor &amp; supplier relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure supplier compliance with safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with a high volume of SKUs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have at least 5+ years of buyer experience; manufacturing industry preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess strong ERP and Excel skills
 
 </li>

 We are seeking a bright, highly discreet Administrative Assistant to support a prominent Family Office and Private Residence. This is a dynamic "hybrid" role that requires a blend of professional office administration and high-touch personal support.

 Core Responsibilities
