 Key Activities/Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate project workflow with various ESG divisions &amp; external suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain supplier quote information for certain sites in specific ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Request and analyze pricing proposals from potential suppliers and communicate results to team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of various procurement sourcing tools, services &amp; processes and then maintain the on-going functionality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare enterprise-wide spend rollup information from numerous sites utilizing different ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and track support materials for various projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned, such as organizing supplier meetings, preparing presentations, various time-sensitive assignments.

 </ul>
 
 Education And Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or other related area required; or minimum of 5 years procurement experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of 5 years of procurement in experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills as this position interacts with people at different levels of the organization, within several different groups of Federal Signal, and with external companies / suppliers / customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be organized and able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously on schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, especially with the use of MS Excel, and other Office products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have working knowledge of JD Edwards required; Syteline, Syspro, and Epicor preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have experience within related purchase commodities associated with OEM mobile equipment manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel is minimal. Must be effective with virtual meetings.

 Salary Range for this position is $72,000-$80,000
