Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Web, SEO and AI Specialist at Vacuworx, you will play a key role in helping us further enhance our organic visibility and turn clicks into customers. You will contribute to our overall website strategy, performance optimization, SEO execution and website development for both domestic and international markets.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and gaps.</li><li>Write and optimize website copy with SEO best practices in mind, ensuring clear messaging and user engagement.</li><li>Perform general website maintenance and content updates within WordPress, maintaining site health and consistency across pages.</li><li>Define the requirements, tasks, and resources necessary for successful SEO and content strategy implementation.</li><li>Stay current with the latest SEO, search engine algorithms, and internet marketing trends to continuously refine and improve strategies.</li><li>Manage on-page SEO elements including metadata, internal linking structures, and image optimization.</li><li>Support the creation and execution of content calendars aligned with SEO goals and broader marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital projects.</li><li>Write up prompts to AI and put it together to create outputs to help design the scope.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Strategic Communications, etc.)</li><li>A minimum of two (2) years of SEO experience required.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to write compelling web content.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Up-to-date understanding of SEO trends and industry best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress, including basic troubleshooting, plugin use, and content management.</li><li>Understanding of responsive structure, layout integrity, and user flow (not just aesthetics).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
