 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
 
 
 &bull; Drive productivity and ensure consistent workflow across warehouse functions
 
 
 &bull; Maintain accurate inventory through organization, cycle counts, and process discipline
 
 
 &bull; Hold team members accountable to performance, attendance, and reliability standards
 
 
 &bull; Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
 
 
 &bull; Ensure safe material handling and adherence to company procedures
 
 
 &bull; Support a professional, organized, and results-driven team environment
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 &bull; 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience
 
 
 &bull; Experience supervising teams in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environments
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse organization
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to maintain productivity and operational standards
 
 
 &bull; Experience improving workflow efficiency or process consistency
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems preferred
