We are a local small business seeking a Social Media and Marketing Manager to work in our boutique..We are looking to grow out team with someone who loves fashion, is creative, great communication skills, organized, a people person, strong in social media, content creation, Canva, background in email blasts, SEO and Websites.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create Content for Vagabond Apparel and Vagabond Apparel Kids Instagram and Tik Tok</li><li>Manages Pinterest Account</li><li>Creates and Send Weekly Email Blasts</li><li>Creates Flyers and Marketing Material via Canva</li><li>Manages Influencer Relationships</li><li>Schedules, Plans and Executes Monthly Photoshoots</li><li>Schedules, Plans and Executes Monthly Website Photoshoots</li><li>Creates Website Banners and keeps website fresh</li><li>Creates and executes Window displays</li><li>Works sales floor 2x a week</li><li>Interact with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Content creation - Reels, Stories and Feed posts</li><li>Tik Tok and Pinterest Management</li><li>Proven experience in Social Media management and return on investment</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Utilizes Canva or other Platforms for Marketing Materials</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
