 What you'll Be Doing:
 
 The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruiting activities across high-volume and professional-level roles, including Sales, Customer Support, G&amp;A, and select technical positions as assigned. This role operates with increasing independence and accountability while partnering closely with Senior Talent Acquisition leadership on more complex searches.
 
 
 The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining hiring velocity, candidate experience, and process consistency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 Base Annual Salary: $70,000 to $85,000

 Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions, including high-volume and professional roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, expectations, and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop sourcing plans aligned with role complexity and hiring urgency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistent pipeline activity to support fluctuating hiring needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Sourcing &amp; Candidate Assessment
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present qualified candidate summaries to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Hiring Manager Partnership
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to drive timely interview scheduling and feedback collection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide weekly pipeline updates and hiring status reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer market feedback regarding candidate availability and compensation expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hiring managers in maintaining structured and compliant interview practices.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Offer &amp; Hiring Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support compensation benchmarking in partnership with Senior TA Specialist or Vice President of HR, or other assigned leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and coordinate offer letters and supporting documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate offer communication and support negotiation discussions under leadership guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate candidate travel assistance requests when applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth handoff to HR Operations for onboarding readiness.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Compliance &amp; Process Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking in the ATS/HRIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure recruiting activities align with employment laws, internal policies, and company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Collaboration &amp; Development
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with Junior TA Recruiters to support high-volume initiatives as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in interview training sessions and hiring process improvement efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications (Required)
 
 
 
 
 What you Bring:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume and professional-level roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications (Preferred)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Support, G&amp;A, or technical roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and recruiting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Workday Recruiting is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Workday implementations
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in long-term growth within Talent Acquisition.
