 We are actively seeking a
 
 
 Post-Tensioning Concrete Superintendent
 
 
 to lead field operations and oversee specialized repair work across a range of structural restoration projects. This is a leadership position that requires extensive travel and the ability to supervise, support, and train field technicians.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage on-site crews performing post-tensioned concrete repair and restoration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to all PTI (Post-Tensioning Institute) repair protocols and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret project drawings, scopes, and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the point of contact between field technicians and project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues in real time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel frequently to job sites across multiple regions.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 PTI Certification is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with post-tensioned concrete systems and repair techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior leadership or superintendent-level experience in the construction or restoration industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel regularly to various job sites (typically Monday&ndash;Friday travel).
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.
