<div>We&rsquo;re looking for a growth-minded marketing and media manager to oversee podcast production, YouTube growth, and Facebook/geo-targeted advertising. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and results-oriented with experience managing digital content from concept to conversion.

Work Environment: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings at our office, home, or podcast studio in San Diego</li><li>
Compensation: Based on experience (hourly or project-based)</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage podcast production from recording through publishing (editing, show notes, uploads, and promotion).</li><li>
Grow our YouTube channel using SEO, analytics, and storytelling strategy.</li><li>
Create and manage Facebook and geo-targeted ad campaigns for lead generation and audience growth.</li><li>
Repurpose content across platforms to build brand visibility and consistency.</li><li>
Track analytics, optimize content, and report on results.</li><li>
Collaborate with Valerie Upham and team on content calendars, creative direction, and messaging.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Requirements<ul><li>
Proven experience in podcast or video production and digital marketing.</li><li>
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and channel management.</li><li>
Skilled in Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization.</li><li>
Proficient with Canva, Adobe, or similar creative tools.</li><li>
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.</li><li>
Growth mindset and passion for helping meaningful brands scale.</li></ul>
