Valet Living is looking for an Operations Manager who&rsquo;s ready to take charge&mdash;leading a team of Area Leaders, optimizing processes, and ensuring we deliver top-notch service to our clients. This role is all about leadership, analytical thinking, and making things happen.</div><div></div><div>
Compensation &amp; Work Environment Details:</div><div></div><div>
Salary Range: $63,000 - $73,000</div><div>
Bonus Target: 15% of annual salary, paid quarterly</div><div>
Auto Allowance &amp; Reimbursement: Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly variable mileage reimbursement</div><div>
Work Environment: Field-based role requiring frequent travel within your assigned market, with flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed</div><div></div><div>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</div><ul><li>
Lead &amp; Develop Teams: Coach, mentor, and support Area Leaders, driving engagement and accountability.</li><li>
Drive Operational Excellence: Use data analysis and insights to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery.</li><li>
Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance.</li><li>
Own Staffing Strategy: Forecast staffing needs and partner with Recruiting to maintain team coverage.</li><li>
Ensure Systems Compliance: Lead training efforts and enforce standards for systems usage, safety, and service protocols.</li><li>
Client Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.</li><li>
Identify Growth Opportunities: Look for ways to expand services and grow existing client relationships.</li><li>
Field Operations: Perform site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards are upheld, stepping in as necessary to ensure seamless service continuity</li><li>
Manage Fleet &amp; Inventory: Oversee vehicle compliance, maintenance, and warehouse inventory.</li><li>
Talent Development: Identify future leaders and support their professional growth.</li><li>
Servant Leadership: Lead by example, working alongside Area Leaders (ALs) to support frontline teams, including occasional participation in daily tasks such as trash pickup in the mornings or at night.</li><li>
Own Special Projects: Lead assigned projects from start to finish.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</div><ul><li>
Experience: 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility, General Manager experience preferred.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results.</li><li>
Analytical Skills: Strong Excel and data analysis skills to support decision-making.</li><li>
Project Management: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.</li><li>
HR Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring, talent development, and performance management.</li><li>
Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet, make sound decisions, and motivate your team under pressure.</li><li>
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and comfortable navigating new platforms.</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License: Required, along with the ability to travel regularly throughout the market.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Physical Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, and work in varying weather conditions</li><li>
Comfortable working around unpleasant odors when needed</li></ul><div></div><div>

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.</div><div></div><div>
