We&rsquo;re looking for a Field Service Manager ready to make an impact. In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee service delivery across 20-40 multifamily communities, manage contractor performance, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction. Compensation &amp; Work Environment Details:</div><div></div><div>
Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000<br>
Bonus: 10% annual target bonus (paid quarterly)<br>
Schedule: Monday - Friday<br>
Company Vehicle: provided by the company</div><div>
Work Schedule: Flexible working outside standard business hours as needed.</div><div>
Travel: Required within assigned market.</div><div></div><div>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</div><ul><li><div>
Oversee Field Service Operations: Manage daily service projects across assigned communities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.</div></li><li><div>
Manage Contractors: Recruit, onboard, and supervise independent contractors to meet service expectations and quality standards.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong connections with property managers and site staff, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues quickly.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor Service Quality: Conduct regular property visits, perform quality checks, and address service concerns proactively.</div></li><li><div>
Support Sales Efforts: Assist with service proposals, bidding new work, and identifying additional service opportunities.</div></li><li><div>
Promote Safety &amp; Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT teams to support seamless service delivery.</div></li><li><div>
Keep Accurate Records: Track service completion, contractor performance, and client communications in Salesforce.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</div><ul><li><div>
Experience: 5+ years in field service management, construction, or multi-site operations. Customer service and people management experience preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Bilingual: English/Spanish is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms like Salesforce.</div></li><li><div>
Problem Solver: Strong project management, organization, and decision-making skills.</div></li><li><div>
Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.</div></li><li><div>
Education: High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or higher preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License: Required, with the ability to operate a company-provided vehicle.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Physical Requirements:</div><ul><li><div>
Ability to lift 50 lbs., walk properties (including stairs), and work in varying weather conditions.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.</div><div></div><div>
