HR - ExecutiveWe are looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive to join our team at Vallabhi Capital Private Limited.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers</li><li>Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks</li><li>Reviewing resumes and screening candidates</li><li>Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates</li><li>Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices</li><li>Assist in recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and assist in onboarding new hires.</li><li>Utilize MS-Excel to create and analyze HR reports and data for decision-making.</li><li>Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding and attract top talent.</li><li>Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
