As a Digital Experience Business Analyst, will leverage skills to support a team of Product Managers to deliver on Valley's digital client experience improvements. Orchestrates delivery of digital roadmap items through eliciting business requirements and creating documentation with stakeholders that allows business, operational, and technology teams to deliver change.</div></div>
<br><div><div><div>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
</div><ul><li>Partner with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and develop business requirements or user stories
</li>Elicit and confirm functional and non-functional business requirements <li>- Requirements Analysis, Design, Definition, and Management
</li><li>Identify and elicit user needs, define scope and objectives (working to prevent scope creep), and analyze current state and future state processes. Develop and maintain user stories (including traceability)
</li><li>Create Process Maps&acirc;&euro;&macr;and/or Workflow Diagrams to clarify the&acirc;&euro;&macr;as-is and desired future state
</li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders, build a strong understanding of business
</li><li>processes, clarify business goals and objectives, improve processes and efficiency, and bridge gaps between viewpoints
</li><li>Perform data analysis as part of project and solution definition/evaluation
</li><li>Consult on the creation and execute User Acceptance Testing, tying business requirements to success criteria
</li><li>Identify and create a logical decision-making process related to business goals and strategies</li></ul></div></div>

</b></div><ul><li>Understanding of digital platforms and experiences within the financial services industry
</li><li>Experience working in both iterative and traditional project development methodologies
</li><li>Ability to discover and graphically map existing (current state) or desired &quot;to-be&quot; (future state) business processes
</li><li>Liaison and consultative skills; negotiating skills within a context of conflicting interests
</li><li>Ability to advise on complex matters to non-specialists
</li><li>Demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations
</li><li>Highly developed business acumen
</li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
</li><li>Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
</li><li>Ability to work independently and with others
</li><li>Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
</li><li>Strong writing, mentoring, negotiation, communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal/informal authority and persuasion skill sets
</li></ul><div><b>Preferred Experience:
</b></div><ul><li>HS Diploma or GED and minimum of 3 years Business Analysis experience, preferably in a banking or technology environment
</li><li>Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams within a formalized methodology
</li></ul><div><b>Required Experience:
</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field. Experience in Financial Services sector
</li><li>Working knowledge of Online Banking and Account Opening platforms</li></ul></div></div>
