   Drive a strong data-driven culture within the company by mentoring data analysts and increasing data capabilities in other internal functions.

   Hands-on experience in data visualization and developing intuitive dashboards, using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik.

   Experience in data extraction and data manipulation in cloud data environments (preferably Snowflake), using languages such as SQL, Python, Hive.
  </li>
  <li>
   High attention-to-detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities, and proven ability to make data-drive recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborative approach and ability to partner effectively with business, data and technology teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and execute on multiple objectives.

   Knowledge and experience in the banking industry and banking systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced knowledge of data structures, ability to manipulate data and to visualize data effectively to communicate to a business audience.

   Minimum of 3 years working in a data analytics role with hands-on experience in wrangling large data sets, building dashboards and visualizing key metrics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working independently with business partners and diverse corporate functions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to work on complex BI implementation projects.

Business Intelligence Analyst

<div><div>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</div>
<ul><li>Represents the bank in conducting active prospect and customer business development activities designed to generate new loan, deposit and related business for the line of business, while meeting the Bank's existing and prospective business customer's needs.</li>
<li>Manages relationships with business banking clients through service and support, such as overseeing maintenance of client accounts and ensuring client's needs are met.</li>
<li>Establishes strong referral network and relationships with commercial real estate agents, brokers, CPA's, accountants, attorneys, and other Centers of Influence (COI's).</li>
<li>Develops strong professional relationships with other Bank department associates, as well as supplemental business lines and vendors to cross sell and generate appropriate business product and service recommendations to help clients meet their goals and expand client relationships.</li>
<li>Actively collaborates with other lines of business to ensure the clients specific needs are met.</li>
<li>Provides quality customer service to existing customers and accounts through problem resolution and maintains consistent communications with clients through onsite visits and outbound calls.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains intimate knowledge of the policies, Bank guidelines for their business line.</li>
<li>Refers lending opportunities, treasury management, insurance, residential mortgage, and deposit relationships to bank partners.</li>
<li>Participates in civic and community activities to promote the Bank's diverse products and services, maintains professional network relationships and strengthen community ties.</li>
<li>Interviews loan applicants, analyzes financial and related data to establish credit worthiness; establishes and negotiates credit terms, and monitors customers' credit.</li>
<li>Monitor outstanding loans and take necessary collection actions on past dues.</li>
<li>Educates the borrower on business line process, structure, and set expectations.</li>
<li>Analyzes, determines eligibility, originates, and structures loan requests.</li>
<li>Submits complete documentation packages to the credit. Assists in the credit analysis and underwriting process as needed.</li>
<li>Recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans.</li>

<li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.</li>

<li>Ability to prioritize and organize assignments while working on multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Intermediate PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and referral tracking programs, such as Sales Force.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of related bank lending sales experience or a combination of sales/credit analysis experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of bank lending sales experience and a minimum of 1 year of credit analysis experience is preferred.</li>
