<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Responsibilities</b></h1>
<ul><li>Support HR team with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities to create a positive candidate and new hire experience.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building events.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR data.</li>
<li>Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding HR programs and policies.</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.</li>
<li>Assist with employee relations processes, including documentation and coordination of meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate recruitment events, including job fairs and hiring events.</li>
<li>Communicate HR programs, policies, and updates to employees and leaders.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h1>
<ul><li>Minimum of two years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or administrative role.</li>
<li>Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining employee data.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical &amp; Work Requirements</b></h1>
<ul><li>Frequent computer work, sitting, standing, walking, and communication with employees and leaders.</li>
<li>Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials related to events, training, or office operations.</li>
<li>Occasional travel to recruitment events, job fairs, or business-related functions.</li>
<li>Work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular interaction throughout the facility.</li>

<p>Monday&ndash;Friday, daytime hours with flexibility to support recruiting events, employee meetings, training sessions, and business needs as required.</p></div>
