This role focuses on steady, process-driven tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.Our office is focused and productive&mdash;especially during harvest season&mdash;but we also enjoy working together and keeping things light along the way. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, enjoys routine work, and wants to be part of a long-term team.ScheduleAugust &ndash; January (Harvest Season): Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PM + Saturdays, as neededFebruary &ndash; July (Off-Season): Part-time, 20&ndash;25 hours/week, flexible schedule + occasional SaturdaysWhat You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage daily office flow: phones, emails, data entry, and recordkeeping</li><li>Review and process orders, invoices, and shipping documents</li><li>Maintain inventory records and support end-of-day reporting</li><li>Assist with deposits, commissions, and basic QuickBooks tasks</li><li>Oversee almond receiving (Aug&ndash;Jan): paperwork, bin tracking, USDA inspections</li><li>Help maintain files, databases, website, and general office organization</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe value attitude and reliability over experience&mdash;we will train the right person.<ul><li>Dependable and consistent</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Comfortable with computers (Excel required; Canva a plus)</li><li>Calm during busy periods</li><li>Self-motivated and able to follow established processes</li><li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude</li></ul>Great Fit If You<ul><li>Enjoy structured, task-based work</li><li>Take pride in being reliable and consistent</li><li>Prefer a focused, team-oriented environment</li><li>Can handle a busy season followed by a more flexible schedule</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$19.50&ndash;$23/hour, depending on experience</li><li>Paid holidays after 12 months</li><li>1 week vacation after 12 months; 2 weeks after 5 years</li><li>IRA option after 24 months</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Bilingual is helpful but not required.</li><li>This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly, especially during harvest season.</li><li>Consistent attendance and reliability are essential, as the team depends on one another during busy periods.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
