Position Summary</b></h2></div><div><p>
The Aftermarket Customer Support Rep will effectively drive retail parts and service sales by building customer relationships and satisfaction in alignment with the organization&rsquo;s financial and operational objectives. A successful candidate needs to display confidence, be driven to succeed, have effective communication skills, and have a team player mentality. This role also requires critical decision-making skills and a desire to continuously improve and strive towards excellence in the Aftermarket business.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Provide value to our customers and cultivate positive relationships by selling Parts and Service solutions that meet their specific needs.</li><li>
Support all product lines offered by the organization.</li><li>
Promote and market all Parts and Service promotions of the organization to increase customer participation and achieve aftermarket goals.</li><li>
Increase store sales by fostering growth with both existing and new customers, emphasizing sales opportunities for both John Deere and competing brand equipment.</li><li>
Promptly follow up with customers and deliver sound advice to help their business.</li><li>
Fill out call reports for each customer visit using dealership systems.</li><li>
Communicate customer concerns to the appropriate department manager at the location when needed.</li><li>
Profile customer&rsquo;s fleet of equipment and updates in dealership systems.</li><li>
Participates in customer clinics and provides limited technical support where applicable.</li><li>
Provide backup support on the front counter during planting and harvest as needed.</li><li>
Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Must be a self-starter that independently maintains a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Knowledge of database software, online parts books, etc. and ability to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain rapport with key accounts.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment and dealership operations.</li><li>
High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
3+ years of Sales experience preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
