 Registered Nurse
 
 candidates to become a part of our team! We are offering flexible hours, with 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts available!!
 
 
 
 The Registered Nurse&rsquo;s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising CNAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Medication administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Wound and treatment care
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general nursing care to patients following the facility&rsquo;s nursing policy and procedure
 </li>
 <li>
 Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills Of Registered Nurse
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
